Homelessness is a problem that affects many individuals and organisations in the community, the impact of homelessness is wide ranging and there are direct and accepted evidences to support links between family breakdowns, crime, drug and substance abuse and youth homelessness. openingdoors has established services that seeks to reduce these influences by offering a safe environment giving information and support towards independent living.
Our future project aims to assist homeless and vulnerable people to develop robust emotional, mental health and coping skills needed to meet and manage their life challenges - working towards independant lifestyles
