Chicken Shed Theatre Company is the UK’s flagship for Inclusive Theatre. We provide an environment in which individuals from all backgrounds, of all perceived abilities, from mainstream and special education systems, work together to the common end of high quality performance in drama, music and dance. This work is delivered at Chicken Shed’s North London base. Through a professional company, two Youth Theatre companies and four Children’s Theatre companies and regional centres established within a National Programme, Chicken Shed works with thousands of children and young people on a weekly basis. Tens of thousands enjoy the fruition of this work at Chicken Shed productions.
Chicken Shed Theatre have a clear vision – to produce original, exciting work and to strive for excellence, whilst remaining true to their belief that the theatre belongs to everyone.
