Founded in 1942, CU trains its members in casualty simulation to bring realism to the teaching and practice of first aid, ambulance, fire brigade, rescue and hospital trauma teams. They not only act the injury but also react to how they are handled, helping the student to diagnose and treat with greater accuracy than can be learned from a book or a conventional lesson.
