ADeC (Arts Development in East Cambridgeshire) provides a stimulating programme of arts events for the people of East Cambridgeshire and beyond. There's an exciting programme of exhibitions at the Babylon Gallery in our converted brewery warehouse on Ely's pictureque waterside. We also promote lots of other activities such as gigs, touring theatre, poetry and drama competitions, dance performances and workshops - something for all tastes and abilities. In March 2006 we will be the only venue in the East of England to be part of the Royal Shakespeare Company's national tour of The C anterbury Tales. We now run Ely Cinema based at the Maltings, Ely with a varied programme of screeings from art house movies to family favourites. And there's more: ADeC provides financial support and advice to other art groups in East Cambridgeshire. We produce East Cambridgeshire's monthly What's On Guide - our current guide can be printed large scale from our website.
