The Trust develops alternative livelihood schemes, helps create protected biodiversity areas and implements educational projects to raise awareness amongst local people. Educational scholarships are provided to local people. The Trust currently operates in the Philippines, Fiji, Honduras and Malaysia and works in close affiliation with Coral Cay Conservation Limited, a not-for-profit company with similar aims and which organises scientific expeditions to coral reefs and tropical forests in these countries.
