Fylde Community Link is a registered charity based on the Fylde Coast in Lancashire. We provide support to adults with learning disabilities in a number of residential houses, supported tenancies and via domicilliary support. We provide a service for adults with a wide range of abilities; both those who can articulate their needs and those who require an advocate. We can also provide a service for people who in addition have varying degrees of physical disability.
