Onside provides independent advocacy support to people with learning disabilities, mental ill health, physical disabilties, older people, vulnerable parents and carers. It supports people to have their voices heard and their views taken into consideration. It also manages two individual projects: Worcestershire LifeLinks which enables people with mild to moderate learning disabilities to become more integrated into their communities; and Onside Appropriate Adult Scheme which supports adults with mental ill health or learning disabilities whilst detained in police custody.
