CHILDREN AND FAMILIES TEAM social workers offer practical support to families in need
PROJECT SMILE home based respite care for children with special needs.
Play Schemes and Activity Days
TOY LIBRARY - Monday, Tues and Weds 1-3pm - includes programme of Stay and Play activities
Volunteer Support for children and families
Parent Carers and Young Carers support groups
ADULT TEAM - Adult and older people Social Work/Community Care Assessments
VOLUNTEER PROJECT – 450+ volunteers offer shopping, befriending and transport to elderly/isolated people, help with fundraising and admin.
TIME FOR JEWISH CARERS PROJECT - individual and group support and activities and sitting service.
MENTAL HEALTH PROJECT - individual and group support, drop ins twice weekly
BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT –programme of support throughout the first year of bereavement
DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING GROUP - monthly and outings
SOUTH MANCHESTER - Carers support, Volunteer support , Community Care assessments,Mental Health support
