Congolese Youth Association was established for the benefit of Congolese and other African French speaking young people in the UK and elsewhere in the world, to advance education, to releive poverty, sckness and distress by the provision of advice and counselling on health, immigration, housing, social security, employment, training and allied issues.
CYA main activities include the provision of training, health promotion activities, sexual education, drug, alcohol and substance misuse awareness, running Saturday Supplementary Classes, outreach and drop-in activities, cultural activities such as dance, drama story telling & outings and the publication of "BILENGE" a community newsletter.
