The Challenger Trust has initiated programmes since 2001 in the following London areas: Hackney, Brent & Harrow, Lewisham and Waltham Forest. It works with schools, Local Authorities and other bodies to organise such programmes. It is partnering with foundations and private sector companies to fund the activities and has widened geographically to include projects in the North East, the South West and locations in the Midlands
