Basildon and Thurrock Friend offers support primarily by telephone in complete anonymity and will also correspond confidentially by letter or e-mail.
There are referrals available to outside social and support groups together with face to face one to one counselling by appointment.
The telephone helplione is open every Friday from 7.30pm to 9.30pm and outside these times a message can be left on the confidential answerphone which is monitored regularly for messages. Calls will be returned as soon as possible.
