HOW WE ASSESS - Specialist assessors from ESB's highly trained national team travel to centres throughout the UK and Overseas.

All candidates are assessed within their peer group, taking turns to speak or demonstrate, question or answer. Emphasis is placed on sharing knowledge, skills and understanding.

The assessor gives verbal feedback to the group on the day. Each candidate receives an individual narrative report within five days. Successful candidates receive a certificate within approximately six weeks, giving qualification title, level and grade of pass.
