The National Bereavement Partnership is a registered charity offering a unique service providing information, advice and support to people who have experienced bereavement and professionals working with bereaved people, particularly in the context of post mortem examinations.
We can assist with your needs whether your loss is recent or some time ago. If we can't help you, we can direct you to other organisations who can provide you with the advice or support you require.
Our aim is to support and equip you with the information/specialist advice needed to deal with your concerns. If there are complicated issues and you need help writing letters or making contact with other agencies we are able to undertake a limited amount of casework.
Our helpline operates Monday to Friday. An anwerphone service is available our of hours and when the line is engaged. We appreciate it is not always possible for people to call during daytime hours. Arrangements can be made to return calls our of hours. Please leave a message stating a convenient time to contact you. We endeavour to return all calls within 24 hours.
We welcome calls from anyone, regardless of age, ethnicity, disability or religious beliefs.
