We take a holistic approach to overcoming depression through guided self-help and the development of skills and strategies. We help people to find their own route to recovery, building the foundations for sustainable and long-term wellbeing.
We offer a free information pack; a unique range of publications and practical resources; information and advice; and a variety of training courses. We also run a selection of mutual support services; awareness raising events and information days; and a network of self-help groups so people can share experiences and coping strategies.
Our services are available to anyone affected by depression but by joining us as a supporter you can be a part of a growing community of people who support, empower and champion people affected by depression across Wales.
