CRY is a charity dedicated to providing support and information on cardiac risk in young people. CRY offers support and counselling to families who have suffered a loss. The CRY Surgery Supporters Club is for young people who have had, or are about to confront, potentially life-saving cardiac surgery, and want to talk to others who have had similar experiences. CRY has donated over £400,000 of cardiac machinery to doctors' surgeries and hospitals. CRY also operates cardiac screening programmes; funds medical research; and funds the CRY Centre for Sports Cardiology, based at the Olympic Medical Institute
