We work with more than 5,000 local and national voluntary and comunity organisations, charities and minority ethnic and faith groups and deliver our work through four key areas:

Events and Media Matching
We run an annual programme of over 150 training events throughout the UK.
Provide pro-bono advice from more than 1,200 professionals and companies on every aspect of communications and media.
Specialised media training courses tailored to meet organisation and/or individual needs.

Community Newswire
In partnership with The Press Association, Community Newswire is a free service to help the sector improve its media coverage. It delivers information direct to the desktops of the UK media via PA's wire service. 175 stories placed weekly and used regularly by England's nation and regional media.

Productions
Award-winning high quality audio-visual solutions for the not-for-profit sector. More than 300 films are produced for more than 80 organisations. Service includes producing films, videos, CD-ROMs and DVDs for broadcast, fundraising, promotion, training, campaigning and CSR initiatives.

Community Channel
The only TV station dedicated to highlighting issues from the voluntary and charitable sectors. It currently has 1.2 million viewers and is broadcast 24 hours a day on Sky 539, Telewest 233, ntl 14 and 511 and from 6am to 9am on Freeview 87. It also has an interactive television service enabling viewers to donate to a charity of their choice by pressing the red button.
