Our aim is to provide relief to cats, dogs and other animals who are in need of care and attention; to relieve the poverty of pet owners who are in need; and to advance the education of the public in matters of responsible pet ownership and animal cruelty. We have a 'No Kill' policy and animals are only put to sleep upon veterinary advice to save suffering. We, therefore, have quite a number of older or sick long-term residents needing care.
