Schools Outreach supports children who are bullied, abused, have low self-esteem or have lost a loved-one. Offering one-to-one support, group work and extra curricular activities to young people who have self-referred or been referred by a teacher or parent. The pastoral care worker is based full-time in one or two schools within a community offering quality time and commitment to the children most at need of support.
