Our Vision
To promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people from becoming socially excluded by reason of homelessness, at risk of losing their home, living in adequate accommodation or unsettled circumstances in Ceredigion and surrounding counties.

Our Mission
‘To provide quality, customer focussed services which: work in a flexible, innovative, imaginative and responsive way; recognise and provide suitable housing options; support people in realising their full potential.’

Our Services
We have shaped our services to fit the needs of the people with whom we work, and the persistent problems they encounter. Being a client-led organisation has enabled us to recognise gaps in service provision and respond by providing innovative and effective solutions which benefit both our clients and the community in which we live.
