The Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA) is global network of private, non-profit, non-governmental organisations 'concerned with the human factor in world development'. It works to develop, test and demonstrate effective approaches to personal, organisational and social transformation.
Autonomous and independent national ICAs operate in over 25 countries worldwide, federated as members of the Institute of Cultural Affairs International (ICAI), located in Brussels, Belgium. See ICA International for more information.
ICA:UK is a non-profit company limited by guarantee (no. 3970365) and a registered charity (no. 1090745).
ICA’s mission is "to enable individuals, organisations and communities to bring about change in pursuit of a humane and sustainable future for all". One of our main activities is a Facilitation services, involving research, demonstration and training in effective approaches to facilitating participation, specialising in ICA's 'Technology of Participation' (ToP) methodology.
